University City Mayor, Joe Adams, holds bizzare meeting with Channel 2 News


In one of KTVI, Channel 2 News' You Paid Paid for it Segments, Mayor Joe Adams gives a very strange intrerview regarding the upcoming audit. Apparently he is not takeing the audit very seriously.
